Specializing in light commercial and retail construction, Jay has been involved in numerous projects in both real estate development and the construction industry. He has also been involved with the development of over five million square feet of office, retail and residential property. Some noteworthy projects were the First Interstate Bank Tower in San Diego, California and Century Centre Second Tower/Parking Facility in Irvine, California.

Jay received a Bachelors of Architecture degree from Oklahoma State University in 1979. His architectural education and experience provide insight with value engineered projects in the conceptual and schematic phases. His experience in commercial construction and project estimating provides valuable knowledge in coordinating all phases of a project from building design to site development.

Jay began building dental clinics in 1995. Since that time he has built approximately fifty dental clinics ranging in size from 2500 to 12,000 square feet.

Barry joined Dental One Building Solutions in 2007. Since that time he has served as both, the office manager and as a project manager in the field. Before joining Dental One, Barry and his wife worked for three years as missionaries in Bangkok, Thailand.

Barry has nearly ten years of sales and management experience. He has worked for IBM and Automated Equipment Services serving a long list of clients which included Nokia, Solectron, Lucent, and Agilent Technologies.
